He had to get four shots while we were there too. It's so sad! Poor thing--he lays on the table cooing and smiling and then, wham, they give him shots and he's screaming. And all I can do is hold his hands and tell him how sorry I am! Terrible. Fortunately he calmed down quickly this time around and hasn't really seemed out of sorts this afternoon.
He is such a precious little guy, so full of smiles. He is a thumb-sucker, especially when he gets tired. He's putting just about anything he can get his hands on in his mouth. In the past week he's really become interested in feeling the texture of things. He goes crazy with magazine pages--I think he likes the noise it makes when he crinkles it. He is almost sitting on his own and is sure to get teeth in the very near future since he's drooling like a faucet! I'm so thankful to have such a wonderful distraction while Tyler is gone. I know his grandparents all feel that way too!

I love these 2 pictures. He certainly is one happy baby.
