It's hard to believe that up until this weekend Owen was surviving (and thriving!) on breast milk alone. (Amazing how God created that to work!) On Saturday, though, he began the long journey towards breast milk independence with some rice cereal. 
He seemed to like it. I managed to keep most of it in his mouth too. Do you realize how hard it is to feed a baby and not mimic their motions with your mouth? Maybe it's just me. My dad thought it was more fun to watch me than Owen during the whole ordeal!

Oh my goodness--he looks so much like your mom (at least to me) in this picture!!!!
Oh yay! Josiah's reached the 4 month mark (on the 18th), and his next checkup appt is this Wed, and we hope to start him on cereal after that! It's exciting to see them branch out into the world of real food, eh!
Love the look on your face while feeding Owen his cereal. I am sure your dad enjoyed watching the ordeal.
