Where did the past two weeks go?! It has been so fun to spend time with family and friends. I think Owen enjoyed his 1st Christmas and he got some neat gifts from his grandparents (he's so spoiled!). 
He seemed to be more interested in the paper and boxes than the actual gifts though!

She was glad she mailed her gifts home (in a big box that Owen enjoyed playing in!) because her luggage didn't show up until she's been home for five days.

Owen helped her celebrate when her suitcase finally showed up!In spite of the crazy weather we had here in Michigan, Owen and I did make it down to Grand Rapids to visit Tyler's mom and step-dad. He really warmed up to them on this trip!
Owen really enjoyed hanging out with his cousins, CeJay and Alex, too. From the pictures you'd think they were brothers!
We rang in the New Year with two of my friends from college, Alaina and Carol (and Carol's boyfriend, Kris). It was such a treat to spend some time with them!
All in all, the only thing that could have made these holidays better is if Tyler could have shared them with us. Next year!
